Blockchain technology is becoming so all-encompassing in the tech world and beyond that politicians and officials can no longer ignore it.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has spoken about the disruptive power of innovations including blockchain, at an event attended by IT officials from over 80 countries.
